Managing Partner

Irene Taylor is a recognized leader in the areas of Leadership and Organizational Development. She has worked with and in several major financial institutions, extensively as a writer and coach in the legal profession, and in the public sector as a speaker, writer and coach. Today Irene continues to study assess, recruit , mentor and consult with top talent leaders in her continuing quest to better understand the dynamics of top performers.

Irene has taught Leadership and Organizational Behavior at University of Toronto’s school of Continuing Studies and at the Human Resources Professional Association. She has developed award winning programs with and through a team of professionals at Royal Bank and has led every stage of development from needs analysis through evaluation of results. As one of the Founding Partners of Lexpert, Irene was instrumental in the recruitment and management of a high performance team of professionals and interns from the legal community.

Steve Tsao

Consulting Partner

Steve Tsao, CPA, CA is a finance professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial and professional services industry. Having previously led teams at different maturity stages from start-up to enterprise, he has enjoyed extensive experience in various roles developing a versatile and comprehensive vision of best practices and industry standards.

His approach balances insight into process improvements, policy and systems and the human impact in organizational development. As a great believer in the Servant Leadership approach and with a deep passion for organizational behavior and human psychology, Steve offers business management and CFO advisory services for companies in need of flexible and customized financial, operational and risk management solutions.
